To support this commitment, we’ve detailed how maintenance requests are handled and outlined tenant responsibilities, helping ensure the property stays in excellent condition year-round.
Non-Emergency Maintenance
For routine, non-urgent maintenance concerns—such as small repairs or normal wear—tenants should submit a request through the tenant portal. Using the portal allows us to track and prioritize service needs efficiently. Please provide a clear description of the issue and attach photos or videos when available, as this helps our maintenance team diagnose and address the problem promptly.
Emergency Maintenance
When an urgent maintenance issue arises, prompt action is essential to reduce the risk of damage or safety concerns. Maintenance emergencies may include, but are not limited to:

Major plumbing failures, such as burst pipes or active water leaks

Electrical hazards, including exposed wiring or partial power loss

Sewer-related issues, such as backups or overflow conditions
