Pet Policy At SPMG Property Management

At SPMG Property Management, we strive to create a welcoming environment for both residents and their pets while preserving a respectful and enjoyable community for everyone. We recognize that pets are an important part of your household, which is why many of our properties accommodate a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, and select small pets such as fish or hermit crabs.

Most SPMG-managed homes allow up to two pets, though pet allowances can vary by property. Some homes may permit additional pets, while others may not allow pets at all. Please review each property’s listing carefully and make sure all pets are disclosed on your rental application.

Approved pets are subject to a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet, with certain larger dog breeds requiring up to $50 per month. Keeping any pet that is not listed on your lease agreement is a violation of our pet policy and is not permitted.

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our tenants is our highest priority. To maintain a secure living environment, we have established a list of restricted dog breeds that are not permitted in our properties. This policy helps us promote a safe community for everyone. Service Dog Policy

SPMG Property Management welcomes service animals and does not charge any fees for them. Residents are asked to provide documentation verifying the animal’s status to ensure safety and support within the community. This helps us understand the tenant’s specific needs.
